We do the heavy administrative work for you as we continue to intensify the quality of research to source, interview, secure and onboard highly regarded GCs and licensed solo and small team tradespeople − all referrals who are the best of the best. Our team members must exhibit patience and easygoing personality traits with exceptional listening and educational communication skills prior to and during the closing of jobs, which will support an enjoyable and stress-free customer experience. You may even have fun! There is nothing worse than lack of timely appointments and poor communication, failing to return your call or submit a detailed price estimate.
- 100% Loyalty to our Property Owners. This is with the understanding that property management companies and tenants are our secondary customers. We have a fiduciary responsibility to serve the financial interests of our property owners to maximize return on your property investment.
- Fast and Affordable Price Estimates. Our team prides itself on 24-72 hour price estimates on Level 1-2-3 smaller and more complex jobs. In larger, highly complex Level 4 jobs, our GCs sometimes need 7-14 days to secure estimates. A quality general contractor will explain that cost estimates, excluding your personal change orders, can be 95% accurate once architectural and engineering plans have been finalized and approved by the building department. Often, unknowns discovered during a job are factored in with contingencies and written exclusions within your GC’s service contract. Price estimates prior to final city approval are strictly loose estimates with a range of variance.
